These terms and conditions govern the relationship between BEST SUPPLY Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Supplier'), with registered office and address: Burgas, block 89, entrance 4, floor 5, UIC 204496713, registered under VAT No. BG204496713, and the customers using the MaslaBG.com online store.
All prices listed on the website are in Bulgarian leva, VAT included. The Supplier reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, with such changes not affecting orders already placed.
Orders are accepted through the website 24/7. Delivery is carried out via courier companies to the address specified by the customer. For purchases over EUR 24, free delivery is offered within Bulgaria and the EU.
Payments can be made by cash on delivery, bank transfer, or via a secure online system (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). All transaction costs are borne by the customer.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with Article 50 of the Consumer Protection Act. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
All products are guaranteed for quality. In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
MaslaBG collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Bulgarian legislation. The data is used solely for order fulfillment purposes and is not shared with third parties.
All disputes between the parties shall be settled amicably, and if that is not possible – by the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria. The applicable law is the current Bulgarian legislation.
The Supplier reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. In the event of significant changes, customers will be notified via the website. Continued use of the website after such notification is deemed acceptance of the new terms.
